Spring 2026 Travel Soccer U9 - U15
(Approximately Ages 8 and up)

BSC Travel Teams participate in the Southwest District Soccer league
The Southwest District is comprised of A, B and C brackets based on the number of teams in that age group.
**Registration will CLOSE February 1, 2026**
Per the District teams may be split into two teams if the number of registrants permits. They will be split based on evaluations for an A team or a B team. Brookfield Soccer Club follows the district rules and enter teams into their appropriate division.
Games will begin the weekend of April 4, 2026 and will run until June 7, 2026. Practices will begin approximately two weeks prior to the first game (10 weeks total), weather permitting.
UNIFORMS
All travel players will be required to purchase new uniforms for Fall 2025 through the end of Spring 2027 season. You will be allowed to order the new uniform through your existing Soccer & Rugby account once you have finalized your child's registration. If a player lost their uniform or needs a new size please reach out to Gaby at the email below to get a link to order. If you are a new player, you will be contacted by our uniform coordinator with a link to purchase a uniform through Soccer & Rugby.
The information below provides an overall summary of the Travel Program
Roster Limits
U9 and U10 Teams play 7v7; there will be a maximum of 12 players per team
U11 and U12 Teams play 9v9; there will be a maximum of 14 players per team
U13 and U14/15 play 11v11; there will be a maximum of 18 players per team
Practice and Training:
-Two (1.5 hour) practice sessions per week (weekdays to be determined each season based on Coach and field availability)
-10 weeks of practices per season
-Head Coach for all teams will be a professional trainer
League Games:
-Games will be on Sundays, SWD recommends games to be played between 12pm - Sunset but times may be outside of that window
-Games involve travel to towns within the Southwest District (Fairfield County area)
-Teams will have approximately 8-9 games per season
Possible Tournaments (Additional Cost):
-CJSA CT Cup (U11 and up)
-Additional tournaments to be coordinated by each team individually
Equipment Needed:
-Soccer Ball size 4 for U9-U12
-Shin Guards
-Cleats
-BSC Uniform
